[GAMEPLAY] Using ally hotkeys while in locked camera mode completely disables audio

Description: While using locked camera mode (Y), pressing and holding one of the ally hotkeys (F1-F4) disables ingame audio.

Steps to reproduce: 1: Enter locked camera mode. 2: press and hold one of the ally hotkeys (requires ally champions).

**Expected result: **Audio plays from the location of the allied champion.

Observed result: No audio plays from the location of the allied champion.
