Server Transfer Issue

I'm currently in the NA server and wants to move to the Japanese Server. The token was available yesterday, though it says to fail its purchase when I tried buying. And now today at the transfer section, the Japanese server token is gone. Is there something wrong I did? Or is there a problem with the server?
