[Gameplay] Dark Star Thresh is STILL Causing Horrible Lag (Videos Included)

Out of all the games I play per week, I have never experienced lag this bad. It literally only happens when I play with a player using a Dark Star Thresh skin. Its happened three times to me and I am lucky enough to have Plays TV on my most recent game. If you look, its not frame nor ping lag. I really hope this can get fixed soon! Thank you!
