I was looking at Rek'Sai cause she was on a deal. I went to click off the tab. I did this because its a habit. When I did it made me buy her. I clicked off near the bottom left.

Are you looking for a refund here, or are you just reporting a bug? If you're looking for a refund, you can give this a shot, assuming you haven't already used all your tokens: Content Refund FAQ. If that doesn't work, you could always try submitting a ticket to Riot Support, though I can't say it will be any help, as their policy is, and I quote "We will not provide free refunds for accidental purchases under any circumstances.". There's no way for them to prove that it was a bug, and not just someone looking for a free refund. GL though
