First can;t patch 003 then game crash now download speed like a DSL line.

1. It was a issue also noticed by riot. giving error you cant login patching error 003.
2. After like 1 and half hour it let me logged in. patched. now started a game choose my champion BOOOM! it crashed. them game loading screen!! then reconnect screen move me to home and informed me A problem found in installation it will repair now.
3. Okay My FATE or Bad Luck I know. started patching again download speed went down to 15 KBps from >3000 KBps now to download 350 MB i am waiting for like 3 hours :) disabled firewall. run as administrator from deploy folder now still the same speed.

Now my Question is. Whats wrong with my installation. My friends are playing well they even don't have any problem while patching. When Ever a new patch gets out. I hate it too much. Cause I know now I have to waste my 4-5 hours for just few MB to Download. Download speed is not my main issue but its a severe issue though but the thing is why whenever a new patch arrives my lol client detects problem and repairs it ? Please any solution ?
