Hextech Chest (CRASH)

It happened to me like 4 times already and its kinda BS, when i open hextech chest they freezes up mid way through animation and stay there forever, and when i backed out and reset league that chest i just opened dissapears and it doesnt give me anything. RITO PLEASE FIX THIS, U OWE ME ABOUT 4 CHEST NOW
