[GAMEPLAY] Ctrl + 5 stops your champion similar to the 'S' function.

I have Ctrl + 1-6 bound as my non-smartcast items buttons (so I may place precision wards and whatnot) and with only Ctrl + 5 does it stop my champion. Please let me know if this happens to you guys.
