4800 damage healed in 27 minutes from nowhere

I played a custom one for all with some friends and in the end game screen saw that I healed way more than anyone else and didn't have any way to explain it. I don't recall any time in game where i was healing extensively so I'm not sure if this is a gameplay issue or just a post game issue. I healed 4801 damage on Azir building Doran's Ring, Morellonomicon, Rylai's, Sorc shoes, and Zhonya's before the game ended.
