What is going to happen with ranked (Diamond+)

I feel like there is a lot of stuff going on this season especially with ranked. So many problems such as low LP gain when you reach diamond, horrible matchmaking, autofill, and the bug where it made people demote their promos in diamond+ tier. I just want a definite answer of what direction riot is going to take ranked. Honestly, I want riot to do something to compensate for that bug that just happened recently because I'm kind of annoyed at this point.
