Skin Shard got refunded

I exchanged Orange Essence to buy Skin Shard (Olaf SKT T1). After I disenchant other skins to have enough OE, I bought the Olaf Skin with 1050 OE. However, after clicking the button "Upgrade", my OE is not reduced (I already feel something is weird). So I decide to check the Skin Olaf I got and it is not permanent either. I really like and want this skin. Please help!

You probably activated the skin rental for 7 days. Try sending a ticket to Riot support to see if they can help you
