Descriptions of items and runes don't show up when scrolled over.

Not sure what the issue is but all of sudden in the last week or two when I scroll over an item or rune the description doesn't show up at all or it shows up once and when I move the cursor from it and move it back the description doesn't show up. This is very annoying when trying to build item sets for champs and set up run pages.
