[CLIENT] Players with accent marks in their name cannot receive friend requests.

I cannot add my friend who has the name Mecha Zerö, and they also cannot add me (Ghostemané). Neither the manual friend request or the lobby/post-game friend request work. When sending a friend request manually it says, "Yikes the (playername) does not exist". In lobby/post-game it says friend request sent, but the request isn't their on their end or in my sent requests screen.
