Freezing on open!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????

i still have windows 7 (its great so dont discrimin8), and when i open up league, sometimes my ENTIRE computer just freezes and a couple of minutes later, it unfreezes.

it doesnt effect my computer that much but its just a pain waiting for it to unfreeze.

PLSSSSSSSSSSSS HALP
