[GAMEPLAY] Maokai's Twisted Advance freezes Rift Scuttler's movement

Dragon side Rift Scuttler freezes right after Moakai Maokai uses Twisted Advance.

I only had this bug once and didn't attempt to reproduce it, so it was a 100% occurrence in my case.

It seemed to be fine on the Baron side Rift Scuttler.
