Major Connectivity Issues

Ever since a few patches ago I've been having major connection issues all over the league of legends game.

Sometimes when I go to log in I get a "Connection Failure" message about how it couldn't connect to the servers. I'll have to attempt to log in five + times with these errors before I finally get into the game.

Also whenever we get out of champion select and the game launches my client will crash 5+ times as well and then be unable to reconnect to the servers and I have to re-log each time before I finally connect to the game.

On and off lag spkies (especially when there's a lot of AOE action going on in the game), "failed to create dump file" errors, having to manually connect the in-client chat, and the client freezing completely are other small issues I've been having.

My computer is more than capable of running the game at max specs and it is only about six months old. This is also the only game that I've been having connection issues with.

Has anyone else been having these issues and/or know how to fix them? Thanks in advance.
