IP on screen and IP in store not matching up

Anybody have any issues where the IP in the top right isn't matching with what the store says you have. Wen't to buy Sej and the IP in the top right says 5042 but then I get that I don't have enough IP. Happens almost constantly with the new client. Put it into the bug fixing link from the client since almost the beginning and it still hasn't been fixed.
