Kindred Rift Herald / Baron Bug

I was playing kindred today and had 6 stacks before baron spawned and it marked rift herald, I was unable to get rift herald before baron spawned and the enemy team didn't kill him either, once baron spawned kindred mark didn't change to baron and didn't mark another jungle camp for the rest of the game.
