Unless this is death recap bugging out, Shaco clone can proc Lich Bane now, which it never has before. I guess he cloned with the proc and was able to get both on me.
Shaco's clone has been able to apply on-hit effects (including Duskblade's old one) since they updated clones to have copies of buffs. The clone copies the state of the items at the time Shaco spawned him, which should include Lich Bane proc ready, so I don't think this is a bug.
as long as he doesn't deal 100% of the item's damage i don't see the issue
