Lissandra Ultimate - "Frozen Tomb"

In a match recently playing her I experienced a simple bug where casting my ultimate. Using quick-cast, I was hovering the cursor over the enemy champion I intended to cast the ability on, but instead the ability self-cast. Someone also in the game (EesiOh) said they had also experienced the bug, saying it was a "common lissandra bug".
