twisted tree line is still pathetically broke

Every time i play twisted tree line i get DC'ed and am forced to either send an error report that gets no where (i have sent maybe 5 now) with nothing but a error saying its my fault because i don't have an updated drive, so i then go online, to the recommended sight that LOL suggests, delete my old drive, download a new one, and retry only for the same thing... and another error report that gets no where. I then have to exit L.O.L entirely, only to get a huge leaver buster. its seriously aggravating that the game is so many seasons in development yet i cant even play 3v3 or anything involving twisted tree line. i already support the game, and have spent cash. id rather not uninstall, or become banned for a bug that punishes me every time i run into it.

my question is, how do i fix this? i have a 2015 HP pavilion and even hired a good friend to take it apart and rebuild it all just to run games smoother. the only thing i can think of being the problem is the new "driver" they wanted me to download online.
