I still Can't Patch 4.19

Stuck at calculating differences/33%. When I uninstall then reinstall the game, I get an error 33% through at applied patches. I cannot access the game and everything I'm trying is not working. I feel helpless and have no control over whether I can play the game or not. The patch should simply not be failing.

If anyone who had the same problem and got around it, please let me know how you did it. Thanks.

Edit: I've realized that this isn't happening to just me, so there should be a thread of possible solutions somewhere. Also I hope to God that some Rioter has acknowledged this. I've played LoL on and off for almost 5 years now, and have never had any experience even close to this frustrating. I want to emphasize how helpless I feel when I can't even get past the patcher and then even reinstalling the game doesn't work.
