Unable to leave the summoning circle upon reconnecting

I recently played a game, and as some of you may know there have been some issues with random load screen crashes until you close out of league entirely then re-open and load back in, well I must have ended up connecting within the same second that you are allowed to leave your fountain, because i was unable to leave it. This bug occured while i was playing braum, and seeing as i couldn't leave the circle I asked a teammate to come next to me so i could attempt to W out, this did not work. The W launched me towards my ally, but sadly the game force moved me back into the circle. I had to exit the game and load back in yet ANOTHER time in order to fix it.
