you destroyed my series

dear riot 5 mins ago i started to play ranked solo and when we were ready to get inside the game something happened and said with announcement bugsplat and i couldnt recconect to my game. Now i lost 1 of mine series game and i banned for 5 games for 20 mins. I beg you to take my ban off and return my 1 game of series to a draw. If u dont do this i will complaint to hiher level
