DCed and can't get back in game

So I was playing a game of one for all and we were close to finishing. I had a death and waited for my timmer to run out before going back to respond. The timmer hit 0, but then I got a attempted to reconnect screen. I left the game and was going to re-connect into game, but the option didn't show up. In fact, the game is not even showing up on my match history. This is the first dc I've gotten in a VERY long time.
