CHAMP SELECT FREEZE loose LP and get a time penalty

Hello RIOT EMPLOYEE the champ select on ranked is freezing I told technical support about my issue they told me to talk to you so in champ select randomly not every game it well freeze during the third persons pick and it stays frozin you have to close it out but once you do it won't let you reconnect and gives you a time penalty when it wasn't ur fault and you absolutely were paying attention and wanted to play so please someone in charge please fix this issue it's happened to me and happened to my buddy alot but first time it happened to me last night.

I am having the same issue. It is not happening every game, in fact it seems like an uncommon occurrence, but it is happening. For me it has frozen at varying points throughout champ select. On one occasion it froze after champ select had ended I think, and as it was attempting to open the loading screen. It showed my friend (who was in the game with me) that I had loaded into the game, but I had to force the LoL client to close through task manager and reopen it. That one wasn't really a big deal since I still got into the game, but it was annoying nonetheless. The real trouble is when it freezes during champ select and causes me to dodge the game.

On a side note, that vote thing isn't working for me. I selected "freezing champ select" and hit Vote, but nothing happened.
