[GAMEPLAY] RFC applying damage before auto attack hits

Hi, I don't know if anybody ever noticed it, but while I was playing Draven, I saw that RFC's firecanon would apply before the auto attack hits. I mostly noticed this when I didn't have a spinning axe. I could see the magic damage (indicated in purple) while my autoattack was in the air, flying towards the target. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures or video. I hope that maybe someone can provide any evidence for this.
