Cant aquire chests?

So it says i have a chest available, and over the past few days i've qued with a friend who got an s and ive gotten an s and yet i still have the same number of chests in my inventory

same ,didnt receive a chest since almost 2 weeks...no chest ,but keys .like wtf 2/3 keys forever
