Character skipping/teleporting (Not with the summoner spell) [Gameplay]

I was playing twisted treeline flex ranked with some friends of mine. I was walking from the enemy's inhibitor turret to top lane via the bot side jungle when Bami's Cinder aggro'd the wraith camp. At some point my character go trapped between the wraith camp and the wall and my character just stopped moving. About 3-5 seconds later my character teleported to the top lane. Have not tried to reproduce, but I have video of it happening.
