Invisible skillshots, messed up timers, early dragons and barons in game after trouble connecting.

When the game started loading up my ping was abnormally high for no reason and all the percentages stayed at 0% despite the wheel spinning. Eventually I closed the game and reconnected. Same issue for half a minute or so before it started working. Once in game the baron and dragon timers showed as being far less than what they actually were. When I pinged them it showed up on my chat as being the same wrong timer that was displayed in the tab screen. When others pinged the timers it didn't show any value for when the epic monsters would spawn. Also, at least once, the dragon was showing in the pit physically (with no health bar) before it had actually spawned. Additionally there were some skillshots (notably Jinx ult) that were invisble for me, but not for my teammates. Seemingly I was the only one affected by all the problems although two other players did not connect or just didn't move till around the same time as I was able to connect, but they seemingly did not experience the same bugs I did.
