[Gameplay Bug] Blitzcrank Powerfist Knock-up

Hello everybody!

Im Quackas, Blitzcrank main, 99th highest Mastery NA.

For the past couple of patches I have noticed that when you powerfist(E) an enemy champion during their movement ability blinks ie. Kass's riftwalk, Ez's arcane shift etc. the damage applies but the knock-up doesn't happen. What should be happening is the knock-up is applied after their blink has finished knocking them up at the point where their blink ends.

I am unsure if it also effects dashes like Lucians or not... but I have had it happen to me a couple times over the past few weeks with blinks.

Was hoping someone could look into this issue as without a large chunk of his CC, I might as well play Thresh...

edit: Also if you are looking to buff Blitzcrank (unlikely as pros have started playing him in tourneys...) I would suggest lowering his W mana cost by 15.
