Cannot Connect to Games

3 times in a row today I have sat in a 20+ minute queue to play Teamfight Tactics. Every time, once I click accept, the client window minimizes, as if the game itself is launching, then the client window reappears with the reconnect button. No matter how many times I hit the reconnect button, it does the same thing, disappears briefly as if it were going to launch the game, then almost immediately reappears on the "reconnect" screen. I saw something about antivirus interfering so I added the entire C://Riot Games directory as an exclusion in my AV. I have also tried a full reinstall, and still nothing. What is going on, and what can I do to fix it?
