Game crashes my Wifi Driver and crashes my PC

After 5 min within every game my wifi disconnects. Check Driver Manager and the Wifi Adapter just disappears. Scanned for changes, adapter re-appears then wifi re-enables. Get reconnected in game then after match during the result screen my pc crashes. This has happened three (3) times already. Initiated repair on the client and re-started my PC and i still get the same issue. Its not my wifi cause the crashes only happen when I am playing LoL.
