Yi ult now ignores all CC??

Just watch the video, Yi gets liss ultd and it didn't stop anything... That wasn't the only time it happened, but it was the most obvious.

You're missing that Yi has merc treads, so the duration would only be a bit over a second anyways. That coupled with the stun being used up in Q, looks about right to me.

Also possible he has the mastery that provides 15% tenacity, though unlikely. I mean, I see some wacky mastery choices sometimes.

she "froze" him during his alpha strike, so basically

Yi's alpha strike and Lissandra's Ult were processed in the same frame of calculation in the game and so some of the effect of Lissandra's ult was used up during Yi's Alpha Strike. You can tell because Yi was still frozen for a short period after he came back from his alpha strike

at least, that's my guess.

Not bug. He was in Alpha when he got ulted by Liss, and you can't stop him when he's in Alpha.
