Frozen Client

I must commend you guys on making the only game that actually stresses me out more. I go to log in to the client to find an update. I allowed the update to finish, accepted all the changes, etc. Logged in. ENTIRE COMPUTER FROZEN.

This happened 4 times. Why is this the ONLY game I EVER have issues with? Also, are you actually going to resolve it?
