Never ending bugsplat error

So I've had this bugsplat issue whenever I try playing league. I open the client and Hurricane Bugsplat rolls in to endlessly mess up my night. I feel like a hot chick on tinder getting hit up by all the pervs sending d**k pics and asking for bobs... YES these popups are ENDLESS! It takes forever to close because it keeps opening and closing itself only to re-open and leave a ton of bugsplat errors on my task bar before I get the chance to close it. I've tried everything I've tried deleting and removing every league of legends/Riot document/file on my computer and reinstalling it. YES I've closed discord... I've uninstalled discord... I've changed the discord overlay settings and IT STILL spams me out. I've tried changing my security settings and running as admin and combinations of all of these things I tried uninstalling programs I downloaded before the issue and have even had a friend remote in and try his best to fix the issue... RIOT HELP ME! I LOVE YOUR GAME BUT BUGSPLAT SUCKS!
