S system bugged?

134 cs in 22:46 is not a lot. Thats 5.8cs/min. S-Level is more close to 10cs/min. Also the taric was, as it looks to me, playing taric toplane? or carry taric botlane, whatever something offmeta. You are always compaired to other players that played what you did. If you do good on a champ that many players do good the bar is higher than on something noone plays well. Also, on a sidenote, buy pinkwards, your vision-score is aweful.
