[CLIENT] Not getting a grade after matchmaking games

So after playing 4 normals, I realized I wasn't getting an end-game grade after the game. I just had a game where I went 9/2/20 as Sett, and I was expecting an S- at least because I have a chest available and was planning on earning it. However, after the game I was looking in the post-game lobby, and realized I didn't see a grade anywhere, therefore I did not earn a chest. I looked through my match history to see if I had received a grade in the previous games, and as of today, I have not received a grade the past 4 games I have played. Please fix this issue, and if I would have earned an S- or higher on any of those games, I would appreciate if I could receive my hextech chest.
