Twisted Fate Pick A Card Bug

There is a bug with TF's Pick A Card with Shiv where Shiv won't activate if the aa is enhanced with W. There doesn't appear to be extra damage and there isn't any lightning damage or effect. To recreate it: Get next aa to be empowered with shiv Activate W and pick any card Attack a minion I encountered this in a normal rift and went into a custom and it was still happening there also. It happened with every W Shiv attack and not just random ones.
