The Yasuo and Riven Quests?

I don't know about anyone else, but I had started the yasuo quest line, but there are only 3 quests popping up for me and I've already completed them. Thought no biggie and figured there were just 3 a day, but then my friend had said they were already almost done with 9 quests. Any idea why no new ones are popping up for me? Any comments are appreciated, just wanna know if I'm missing out on anything I shouldn't be, thanks! :D
