, and he get stunt during the charge, you can't use Q more time the rest of the game, or descon/recont to solve the problem.

I'm not sure if this is related, but I played a game with Sion just after the rework a few weeks back and towards the end of the game Q and R did not work at all. I figured maybe it was a bug with his rework and didn't think anything of it. I don't play Sion that often, so it hasn't been a big issue for me. I was playing a game with a friend of mine and the same thing happened to him. He said that they worked once or twice after it became a problem, but a majority of the remainder of that game they were unavailable to use. I haven't seen this happen on any other champions, and I am assuming that it isn't a common issue as there aren't more threads about it, but to happen to myself and a friend in such a short time, I feel like it could be a larger problem than is being reported.
