I was playing a ranked 5v5 and was playing against a Rammus jungle. We ended up loosing do to Lulu's whimsy not knocking rammus out of powerball. Is this a bug or is this an actual counter to Lulu? I remember whimsy being able to counter Rammus' powerball. Please let me know or fix.
I believe rammus' powerball is a buff on him(probably wrong), lulu's whimsy will cancel all channels such as fiddlesticks' drain, but will not get rid of buffs.
I think a bigger issue to get looked into is the fact that if lulu puts her e on someone and they are autoing it cancels many of her autos.

yep just checked, ram ball comes up as a buff on his bar. This is probably like I said above then :l .
I think this is best since it differentiates whimsy from things like stuns and binds. It also is a good thing for rammus since hes a tank with no dash to engage with so it makes sense that his only form of engagement can already be foiled by slows, binds, stuns, fears, taunts, terrors, and things like azir ult.
