Continuous lag [GAMEPLAY]

I have completely no problem with my computer, however, whenever I play, for example Ahri, she would walk to the destination I clicked, but she would go back like, 2cm back and walk front again, continuously until I have no idea what's happening anymore. Minions would be walking, then go back 3 steps, walk front, or just stop, so does the enemies. From the lag, I would wait or walk around, until all of a sudden everything that happened in that time span of lag, shows in a quick second and I find myself dead. It would say "Attempting to Reconnect" but the same thing happens again. Please fix.

That sounds like a case of packet loss. It isn't ping related, but it is a network fault. Here's what it might be:

If you are on WiFi, it might be overpopulated or the channel you are using is used by many others nearby. Can be tested by switching WiFi channels or using a wired connection temporarily
A bad ethernet cable anywhere from your computer (if using ethernet) to the router/switch, or the modem. Can be tested by switching the network cables with a brand new one, one at a time.
A bad router/switch. Can be tested by directly connecting (via ethernet) to the modem.
A bad modem, can be tested by using a different one. This one is usually the hardest to diagnose, but your ISP might be able to assist with some tests.
If it isn't the modem, then it is likely somewhere in the coaxial or phone cabling in the house (if you have cable internet or DSL, respectively). It could also be a problem with the ISP's cables outside the home.

If all else fails, it might actually be a problem with your computer, likely the network device.
