My loot box AND the key disappeared [CLIENT] :'(

I got an S- on a match today, and I got a loot box too. I had 5 key fragments. So I forged a key and tried to open the box and then it got stuck, after that the loot section went dark while all the other parts were still there. It took around 20 seconds to recover. And when I look through the loot section, the box and the key were missing. I restarted the game and it was still the same. Now I have only 2 key fragments. Can you PLEASE look into this, I lost 2 loot boxes in my old account too. And is there anyway I can get my loot box back?

If you submit a ticket about it player support will be able to investigate what happened. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new If there's no good category use "general questions."

Note: it can take up to 2 days to get a reply. Just wait patiently, since making a new ticket or bumping the old one will send you back to the end of the line.
