[CLIENT BUG]
**I may sue Riot, here is why: **
I just played this game where our team decided to start a remake vote. The vote ended to 3 YES against 2 NO. The team thought I was AFK but I was NOT. I was actually changing options in my settings (you know that moment where you hit OK and it freezes for 20 to 30 seconds).
To put you in the context, I was at my turret and even though that right after I voted (a NO obviously), I made a kill. Ten seconds later, the game ends saying we are defeated. Then I get a leaver buster penalty.

What is even more impressive is that one member of our team was killed right after me. THEN WHY IS THERE A REMAKE IN THE FIRST PLACE??? Both teams suffered from a kill, not to mention that the enemy team got the _ first blood_. So how can I possibly be AFK by that moment???
It is some kind of negligence that lead to this issue that you may call a bug. Even the opponent responded to us saying: How can it remake when the vote went 3/2? This includes ALL of the FIVE players (3 + 2 = 5, okay Riot, simple math). No one understood the situation... Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the end screen with the chat, but check out the match history and you will see what I talked about earlier.
ONLY I, MYSELF, GOT A PENALTIY FOR ANOTHER 20 MIN (multiply this by 5 games). Additionally, THIS made me wait for 5 hours before playing games in 48 hours ---> go see my other discussion and do the math.
Also, this, by legal definition, is considered a Contract Uberrimae Fidei, which is "a contract in utmost good faith", where one party is reliant on the other for full disclosure of information prior to the conclusion of the contract. Which means I am NOT a leaver, nor an "afker". I played the game in utmost good faith by STAYING in it just like I ALWAYS do, unless technical issues don't let me (for instance: the wife or other bug like I reported in my last discussion). So, tell me why should I get penalized for?
I think that, if I don't get a refund or something like that. I will sue your company for negligence. And I'll still be more forced to do so if I have no response from you. I'm sorry for it. But go see my other discussion, please and you will understand, my rage, and what I'm trying to say. This is becoming very frustrating. People are tired to be mistreated (not say treated like a shit) by Riot.
