When reporting a bug please use this format. I totally get that a bug can be frustrating, but you aren't describing what's actually causing the skin to be what you're considering 'cheating'.
If you're referring to the SFX being lower than normal, this is something that is fixed for the next patch. If you're referring to something else, please let me know.
