[CLIENT] Preseason Update popup occurs after every game and spectates.

I'm not entirely sure as to how this started happening to me, but basically every time I exit the game and get returned to the client, the "Welcome tot he Preseason Update" window pops up. I've tried exiting it using the X at the top right and the "Check Out Runes Now" button at the bottom but the issue still persists. All I have to do to recreate it is go in game either through queueing up for one or spectating and, once I leave, the window pops up. You can actually see that the client still marks me as spectating as well when the popup is there.
