Rune Page Change Bug

It currently happens really often that in Champ Select i want to change my runes as usual, but the Client does not want to accept that so it takes the rune page that was selected. I mean i can change it after that, but sometimes i forget this, and it happens that i am having the wrong runes for a champ.

Example from right now: I was in Champ Select and took Riven. Changed Rune Page to my Riven rune page but the Client did not "realize" this, so i was playing Riven with Hybrid runes. This was not the first time it happened.

Does any other person does have this problem?
