Connection to PVP has timed out during ranked

So, i was stuck on banning for a while, but my team was still talking. They told me it was my turn to pick but, I couldn't pick anything because I was stuck on this screen? This has happened twice already and this time I was ready to capture it. Anyone know what do to or how to fix it because I keep losing LP.
