Reconnect Problem

So today I was playing a normal game and we finished the game. Straight after my stats wouldn't load so I pressed "Skip Waiting For Stats" button and now I can't queue because apparently I'm still in game. Same thing happened to my premades and they can't queue either. I got quite angry so I restarted my Launcher and then there was just a Reconnect button but when I pressed it the actual game wasn't there, all it was just a black screen. After that I reinstalled League but the same thing is still happening. Please someone help as we can't play one of our favourite game.

If anyone has answers to this please write them down as I am getting a little frustrated. Thank you
