CLIENT Buggs in champ select

I play lol and love to play , but sometimes it can be very frustrating when you are in champ select and youre client just wont react anymore. The timer goes back to 0 and then nothing happens for a few seconds and then i reconnect . It counts as a dodge if i needed to lock in the time my client "freeze" and it get me very upset at times , it lost my promo today . I did some testing on a second account and searched online to a solution i found out 2 things. 1:this issue is been reported a hole lot but riot rarely responds and never had a solution . 2: My testing results let to the conclusion that when i open google chrome the odds are allot more likely (i think around 5 times) and when i open internet explorer it happends also but already way less . I personally think its because internet explorer takes less performance from youre pc Chrome takes more from youre pc . So i hope i will get any valid help from my problem atm now i dont open internet when am in champ select, and i also hope i gave enough info that can lead way faster to the solution of this problem.

I am having this problem as well, on the new Mac Client (7.5) with OS Sierra. My bug report follows.

Bug: In a game lobby, the client will frequently hang on somebody's ban. The timer will go down to 0, and the client hangs for 1-2 minutes. Then, a bunch of bans and selections will be locked in all at once, and you are subsequently ejected from the lobby, and told that you dodged.

Comment: From what I can tell, champion select proceeds as normal; it just stops processing on your side of things. Happens inconsistently, but frequently.

Client is unusable in its current state. Was forced to revert back to Legacy client.

I had the very same problem, during series too. Lost me my promos. I love this game and all, but riot please fix your game. It's extremely frustrating to always have my client freeze when I am in champ select.
